I currently use a carbonex 8600Ti, an entry level/intermediate racket.
The racket plays well, I can generate power and have tons of control with this racket, but it is slightly heavy.

Is the Carbonex 35 heavier or lighter than the 8600Ti. Does the 'feel' stay the same? or completely different?

Although Cab 35 & Cab 8600Ti are both 3U.. They may differ in head heaviness, shaft stiffness, sweet spot size, etc. It is best for you to try Cab 35 for yourself & compare it with your cab 8600Ti.

Both rackets have the same class of weight, i.e., 3U.
If you prefer for lighter racket, then seek for 4U.
Unfortunately, there are no 4U Carbonex... cmiiw

Imho - Carbonex's "feel" is completely different compare to other YY's isometric models.
And if you intend to switch from Carb to other models, then you shall be required to adapt with the new racket's "feel".
