What tension and what string? Why do you blame the stringer? Do you think that another stringer with the same string and tension could get them to not move?

i told him 23 pounds, which is pretty typical, my other racket that i got from other people prestrung @ 24 doesn't move, i'm thinking he short me out on the tension.

It's natural for strings to move because the impact of the hit will cause the string to sway so don't worry about it, unless you have been hitting the same spot on the racquet for like 3-4 powerful shots then it will move away ridiculously.

Because i have 23 l/bs as well so it happens to me. The tension does matter but i prefer not to have it 23 or higher because it's harder for me to control the shuttlecock

not to mention, if you slice the bird instead of flat hit the string will move a lot more

Warlock, the string will move doesn't matter what tension it is strung at. Even pro players need to re-adjust the string after a few hits. Their everage tension is at 30lb! Don't let it play in your head. Most average players tend to use an excuse for their "failure to perform at a higher level they think they can". Unfortunately string move is one of the excuses. Just play the game and have fun. Cheer!!!

Thank you Mr. Amin. You said it right. Your string don't move as much as the other low tension racket, but it still move isn't it? Only a little less. What I try to say is the string will move ( less at high tension and more at low tension ). So don't let it bother your mind. Just enjoy the game of badminton. Re-adjust when it move and continue playing. Don't make a big deal of it.

it move because you use different string i play with ns9900 bg66 @ 30lbs after few hard smash it will move even though i use 4 knot stringing method. i got another same racket strung @ bg65 @ 31lbs, stringing method. and the it didn't move even after i hit it big big smash.

i would say the texture of your string may be the factor of this

Yah,my BG65TIi@27lbs move so much after 3 months of playing.I realise that the string already loss it tension so much and the string look like it will be broken.
I felt the the string didnt feel cormfy like before,I dont know it is because the tension or the string move so much.

Different technique, different machine setup, different quality of clamping and knotting will result in different string tension. Some local players claim my 23 lbs of tension feels stiffer than their ((by other stringers) so call 25lbs. So, go figure.
