Of course it is a personal opinion but i think, the yonex blacken, cab8/9, and cab 20 are classic rackets. However, i don't have an isometric in mental list yet. Since i had very little opportunity to try the entire product line from other brand, i can't comment on those(carlton, pro kennex, etc)

The other day I saw a cab 20 with red markings in a shop window. Unfortunately, it wasn't for sale.(

I have in my collection original classic Made in Japan rackets Yonex B-8100 Blacken, a Yonex Blacken II Hybrid Carbon Shaft, Yonex Cab 8 original version and now will add one to two new ones. They are worth collecting. I wish I still have my wooden racket... Yes, the original Cab 20 is definitely worth keeping plus a new one like Ti-10.

The original carbonex 20 is still being sold

and very popular racquet for many singles

players because of its whipping property and

superior flexibility and control. In fact it costs

more then many newer models. It is sure worth

    keeping.

Cab 20 is still easily found, but not the one with red marks (I think it should be the oldest model).

Cab 20 was first introduced in 1986 I think. I saw it at the Yonex All England for the first time. It was sold in two colours, blue and red, with a gold YY logo on the handle bottom. I still have a red one.

I would have to include the Cab 15 too though. This is the first ever all graphite racket, introduced a couple of years before the Cab 20. Quite heavy by today's standards, (U rating) but still superbly made.

I would disagree with the choice of cab 15. If any other carbonex should be on the list, only the cab 21 would make the grade.
