I'm starting this thread because the badminton in penang thread is quite long, and I'd like to invite fresh viewing. Venue: PESTA or PISA (PESTA 1st choice, PISA back-up) Time: 7.30pm to 9.30pm Rates: RM11 per hour x 2 hours, equal share by all players. Shuttlecocks, our own until we get a regular group to pool $$ for that. Date: a/ 2 December (Wednesday) Players: 1. Tonni 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. b/ 4 December (Friday) 1. Tonni 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. d/ 23 December (Wednesday) 1. Tonni 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. No of players needed: Min 4 to book court. If not enough then will be canceled, game will be substituted with swimming or jogging No games this remaining November because Hari Raya Haji on Friday. No games mid-December because PESTA having tournament from 10 to 13. 14 to 18, Secretary on holiday, not arranging any games. January onwards, new arrangements as PESTA should be easily available to us by then. This month a bit hard, PESTA has something going on and the hall's being used.
Just so an announcement, PESTA site not available to us until after the tournament. So, Mr Ong said bookings for PESTA can only begin in January 2010. Means all these games here will be elsewhere, PISA very likely choice.
I'd look thru' all the given date but all i can't play :crying: Maybe next year. I think today on 27Nov i got play @ Keong Hoe primery school around 7.00 pm. The court book by company so i think not much players there today, will you standby if there is less ppl then i will sms you ok ah?
