    Default ^^Dear Eddie..^^

..for a camera body for baddy action in that price range and if you don't mind, you can look into the Used section @ Craiglist.com...

    These are Canon bodies:

    http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst...482082093.html
    http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sgv...481935677.html (body only)
    http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sgv...480521744.html (body only)..
    These are Nikon bodies:

    http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sgv...487401098.html

Lenses, you need fast ones (big aperture openings) & you can rent them if you like. You can buy a brand new camera body & lens package, but i'm afraid the lens included might not be fast enough.

I think you need to scan your computer. So far I haven't heard from anyone else about this beside YOU. I have all my players checked out my website, I don't hear anything about malicious software.

But the quality of digital chips have so far been not up to the standard to do justice to the lenses.
I guess you're all set with manual focussing on these classic lenses. Your best bet would be to get a Canon 5D or 5D mkII and use a EF-Leica R lens mount adaptor available over EBay. Get those with a AF-confirm chip for easier shooting though its not absolutely necessary with Canon cameras.

As far as I recall, M mount flange distance is too short for most modern DSLR systems. The only one that would fit it is the Micro 4/3 system from Oylmpus/Panasonic. But those are not full-frame nor are they considered to be in the top tier of digital sensor performance.

BUT ... a big but there... they still outperform films in most forms of 'general shooting'. Albeit, you only get about 1/2 the useable lens area in every shot, so the perspective of shooting on them is quite different from classic 35mm film.
