    Hi All,

I'm new to the forum and like Shaz I'm from Scotland and was the Under 14 Scottish National Champion for 1995-1996. Got several Junior Caps for Scotland from 1995 to 1997 when I got injured playing for Scotland at Meadowbank. Currently sponsored by Karakal where there's profile of me on there (www.karakal.com).

Shaz - as you're only a year younger than me I probably trained or played agianst you, but can't think who you are?

    Phil

Wow, all these experts. Just for the record, I have no notable acheivements in badminton, started playing too late, have no ranking in HK (players can be ranked A,B,C, D, E)

Heh, i didnt play national level until i was about 18'ish when i played for district team, only started playing competitvely about then, now im not U19 anymore 1st year in the seniors so shall see how that goes....

I was ranked about #22 in scotland end of last season but i missed faaaaar too many tourneys. shoulda been top15, my doubles partner at the time was in top15 and i train with a lot of the guys in the top10 (or used to), but being lazy and not entering enough tournaments meant i got that low rankin...

This year onwards i will make an effort (more so then in past) cos seniors is pretty tough it seems heh...

I cant remember ur name from anywhere either, where about in Scotland u from??

I was Under 15 when I got injured and haven't played much since then - its been on and off cause of the foot. However, are you going to the BUSA Individuals in Nottingham at the end of this month? and which Uni in Edinburgh are you at?

I'm from Edinburgh by the way.
