    Whats the use of Wrist or Whole Hand Protector??

    1)mostly for protection

    I would think it's more for the 1st reason, as a protection. Not sure how it would decrease the size of your arm?

    Wrap it tight enough to restrict the circulation in your arm, and keep it on all the time. Then the arm will atrophy.
