I recently came across a brand called KaiErTe... no idea what their rackets are like. They must be alright to a certain extent because they're going to be at the 2010 China Sports Show with all the other big racket companies. Apparently, their rackets are made in Taiwan and I've heard that players from Iran's national badminton team uses their rackets...
