I last bot mine (i had used a total of 7 inlcuding this) in 2002. Maybe still some in the market. They only broken in the handle at the end of day. never seen any broken at frame or shaft. quite a good racquet.

cab 9 is a great smashing racket.
if u ask a true hard core smasher who have used both old and new generation rackets, the feel of slamming a shuttlecock with cab 9/cab8/blacken stands out over using a all carbon fiber racket. I have sold 2 like new cab 8 (original) to a person who know this for big $$. He wanted more but i don't have anymore. I also know another cab8 player who has ~4-6 brand new cab8 and refuse to sell. He's using regular all carbon fiber racket now because he doesn't even want to degrade his used cab 8 lol

    cooler,

i have just bought at700 (its the head heaviest in yy chart) to replace the cab9 but i still feel cab9 is better in certain way. will arcsaber stand in better instead? or its the nanospeed?

I bought one in Ipoh 6 years ago. It was for the classic value. I don't think any modern racquet can feel similar.

it's not easy, old molds prolly destroyed. Need a whole new marketing program from racket manufacturers to convince current generation consumers that 'old' design could be better for them. I think yonex is too big to change course. I think a smaller business person (panda:D) can try making one at smaller quantity to test the market.

May be Cab21 or Cab 35 if you want to stay in Cab line.
