Clubs in Pune

Does anyone have any details of the badminton clubs in Pune like the membership fees/hourly rates, court type(wooden/cement etc) and their availability. I am new to Pune and willing to join badminton club. Any area should be fine within the city.

Hi All,

I have recently moved to Pune and am looking out for badminton courts in and around this area.I can pay on an hourly or monthly basis and am ok with areas like Koregaon park,VimanNagar or Pune Station.

If you have info on courts in any of these areas then please let me know,

So far I have been able to find none.

Hello everyone, does anyone have any idea of some nice sports shops in Pune where they can do electronic stringing for me, i am trying to find a good reliable dealer with no luck...thank you

What you mean by electronic stringing? There are several reliable people in Pune who does pretty good gut stringing. pls let me know still u r loooking for this..

Champion Sports, Shakti Sports do have electronic stringing machines..you can try there.

Near to Pune Station, Shivaji nagar, JM road, you may find few courts.

COEP badminton courts & PDMBA badminton courts could be close for you.

All, FYI, Sindh society is closed for outsiders.. In Baner there is one woodden court in Police quarters opposite to St Thomas School.

@Preeti There are 5-6 courts near Kothrud but are mostly with tied with some society and are not maintained well or have some restriction to outside people. There are couple of them which are outside of societies and are good. You can check Solaris club @Mayur Colony as well as there is a court at Happy Colony(behind ThatBhat) which is also good.
