    *Backtracking* Wow!! Isn't Lakshya Sen still 13yrs old(will turn 14 in aug) and he is playing this well at nationals u-19..Why didn't PGA accept him? I think it will be a good match up with Siril verma.

    @depleter
    Lakshya Sen didn't participate in the U-15. I thought he was 15, not sure of his age. I don't know if he approached PGBA. Lakshya and Siril are the best from the U-17 batch!

    Default TOP Scheme hope for Doubles!

    According to this article in Indian Express: //bit.ly/1UfqCcy
    Doubles might be included in TOP Scheme. Manu/Sumeeth and Jwala/Ashwini are likely to get the nod. I hope this happens soon. Looks like intense public pressure has done the trick.

    As we know we are making the full quota in both singles(2) and are qualifying for WD and MD as of now.....
    However even XD isn't that far off from the qual mark.
    32130 is the current qual mark in XD.
    Sikki/Tarun, our current #1 ranked XD pair are 12k points off and have played their full quota, however Arun/Aparna are only 15k off and still have 4 tourneys in hand.

    Hope Tan Kim Her puts his feet down, ends this changing of teams every tournament and allows teams who are consistently averaging 3000-4000 points per tournament on an average to play their full quota. With little more support we can have an XD pair there as well.
    I mean Manu/Maneesha reached a GPG final and went AWOL after the IOSS.
