I would be interested if you can customize the color and design of an existing racket such as the arc saber slash, which is a great racket but is rather ugly. If u can make it look better ie. personalized design and color schemes, then I believe this would be more appealing and cost friendly to the general players..
This would mean the customer will be getting a tried and tested racket by a proven manufacturer but with a personalized touch to it..

I doubt that is possible, since the manufacturer will then be infringing on Yonex's patents if its the exact same racket painted over differently.

I definitely won't support something like this, but it seems you have no problems. To each his own.

Who has no problems. I certainly do, I design stuff for a living so there's no way I'm copying anyone else's stuff or painting over existing rackets.
Send that pm again adonis, I didn't get it coz my box was full.

I should thank him for the inspiration to try and draw a racket in Illustrator. Using his drawings a guide, I managed to figure it out and now I can play around til' the cows come home!
Fun fun fun!

Green is hawt.
Anything but yellow and red. I'm sorta over all these chrome effects too, so there's lots to avoid.

Well as Dink has proven, there's a market for something different, but he's got the 'personality power' to sell the rackets, whereas I'm just some loud mouth from Australia with questionable talent.
I'll have samples in January, and from there it's up to me how hard I pimp them I guess. Whatever happens, worst case scenario is I get a bag full of cool, one-off rackets!
Best case scenario? YOU get a bag full of cool rackets!
