is time for them to get some attention from the world
this few years, their badminton depth had increased and be able to compete against any 2nd tier badminton country
the historical moment for tpe team is when hsieh yu hsin beat uncle wong to enter olympic games 2008 quater final
since then, their asociation did many effort and badminton is abit more popular now at there

now,i start to list down some great prospect they have in squad
    start from ws
    chen hsiao huan
    beat porntip,lydia,sonia before
stretched nanna brosolat, pia zebadiah and saina to 3rd set and lost 19-21

    hsu ya ching
    beat maria febe,aprillia,febby agguni,salakjit,chen jia yuan,megumi taruno,maria elfira before

    tai tsu ying
beat sayaka takahashi, febby agguni, maria febe, lydia, kim moon hi,xia jing yun before
entered vietnam gp final at the age of 15,ajc ws runner up
stretch yip pui yin to 3rd set and lost 19-21 in east asian games ws semis

among this few player, tai is the greatest prospect for tpe future, both chen and hsu play wd and xd too:)

will continue my data later with ms,md,wd and xd:)

    compare to ws
actually ms is not that good
here is a few of them

    hsu jen hao
    beat zulfadli,le ha anh twice,iskandar

    liu chih lun
    beat chan yan kit

    hsueh hsuan yi
    beat anand pawar,andrew smith,marc zwiebler,yoga pratama before
lost to hayom with 19-21 in 3rd set

given the age of hsu jen hao,he should be better than hsueh hsuan yi in future
another one to look about in future is hseih ping hsuan

Limsy does speak Mandarin..but Taipei Chinese WS are getting stronger..dont underestimate them..beside thei double is good...look at the recent MIX of Taipeh..
Especially they are trained by Luan Jin and Chen Kang ( I met them few times) and Chen Hong spars with them regularly ( not sure about this year as CH will focus more on his business)

You all have multi-language talent. I can only speak Hakka,
    Taiwanese/Hokkien and Mandarin. Understand very
little of cantonese if speak slowly.

    CHN TPE's players' age..

    ..as taken from this thread:
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?65994

    Chinese Taipei
    Cheng Shao-Chieh (Jan 04, 1986)
    Chou Chia-Chi (Aug 21, 1983)
    Cheng Wen-Hsing (Feb 24, 1982)
    Chien Yu-Chin (Oct 24, 1982)
    Chen Hung-Ling (Feb 10, 1986)
    Hsieh Yu-Hsing (Jul 23, 1983)
    Tsai Chia-Hsin (Jul 25, 1982 )
    Hu Chung-Hsien (Dec 25, 1975)

Tai TY is arguably their greatest prospect. Still very young. If she keeps on progressing, I would say she will make her mark after the 2012 OG...

Hsiao Ma Pai = Min Jie Pai? Looking at past results for Hsiao Ma Pai on tournamentsoftware but in 2009 it has changed to Min Jie Pai
Or better said: from Min Jie Pai to Hsiao Ma Pai after the Chinese Taipei GP Gold, starting with East Asia Games 2009 ...
