On the right side of my ribcage, it feels like a tendon or something moving out of place every time I do overhead shots.. Any idea what it is? P.S. I'm right-handed

It's either the latissimus dorsalis or one of the intercostal muscles - it's a bunch of small muscles located between the bones in the ribcage. It is very possible that what you've done is bursting a small musclefiber which causes you pain everytime you strain the muscle. The best advice is to stop straining the muscle - by stopping to play badminton for the next couple of weeks so the muscle get some time to heal up. If your pain haven't gone away after a couple of weeks relaxtion, I would recommend seeing a doctor...
