can my broken racket be repaired?

    If it's carbon fiber you can't fix it correctly. Not worth the effort to even try.

    it can be fixed (with the right repair) but it wont be in original balance.

    Agree with cooler, balance would change, so it wont play like it did before the break. Might be better to get a new racket.
