I've decided between two yonex racquets but not sure which one to choose.

    Yonex nanospeed 300. (CAN $80)
    OR
    Yonex Armortec 250. (CAN $64)

I consider myself an intermediate all around player. I tend to use my wrists more than my arm. I'm more comfortable on my forehand, but my backhand isn't weak. For tournaments I play doubles, but at club I also play singles. I like to use dropshots and clears. My previous racquet is the "Head Nano Power 500". I want switch to the Yonex brand because I've never used a different racquet. Any suggestions on which one I should choose?
(im persuaded to buy the NS300, but only b/c price is higher which makes me think its better, but i could be very wrong)

Price isn't everything you know but the nanospeed is probaly the better option for you but make sure you get it restring as you get it cause the strings that it comes with are rubbish

I was just reading about high and low flex. If I tend to use my wrists more than my arm, what strength of flex should I use?

I am a wristy player as well and I use nanospeed 9900 (extra stiff) and armortec 900 technique (stiff)
I recomend the apacs nano 900 power red (clone of at900p) it is stiff and costs $65

Apacs is probably your best bet for something decent that comes with good strings and specific tensions etc.

An alternative might be to find a used racquet, they're always a lot cheaper :)
