i just noticed on some of my rackets that around the 4oclock to 8oclock positioning there are some dents into the racket that seems to have been caused by the strings.
does anyone else have this problem?
    if so which racket?
    anyone know why this happens?
what is the tension that you string at?

thanks a lot, im really curious to know if others have experienced this.

Possibly from stringing when the racket is clamped in the machine
To be honest though I have never really checked

    It's no problem
Just checked my nanospeed 9900 which had been restrung 3 times I am playing currently @24lbs with BG80. Too be honest there is a few scratches at the 4&8 positions but there not really dents
Maybe the dents are caused by a poor stringer ? My stringer is quite relible but not sure about yours this could be the problem however I am not sure

i used the at900t and the frames already caving in at 4 and 8oclock.
i herad that at series have a low durable frame. and i had it strung at 27lbs. Right now im using the z slash at 27, hopefully it doesnt cave in again...

    confused by reading this carefully.

are you talking about dents on the side of the frame AND between the two grommets,

OR, the top of bottom face of the frame?

basically, how can you see this dents? by holding the racket side ways so that you see the grommets, or facing you like a oval shape, so that you do NOT see the grommets.
