    Hi Badminton Central,

I recently was playing with my Panda Power Trinity 1 BP289 and 89 g. I loved it, but it died when I clashed with my overly excited partner. I've read reviews about the T2, BS10, and BS11, but I still can't choose between them. I need your guys help on deciding which one to get. If you guys would compare these rackets on their power, defense, transitioning, control, and just overall playability, it would be greatly appreciated. I play mostly singles and rate my self at a mid-intermediate level. Thanks in advance.

If you loved the T1, then the T2 would logically be your choice, given the new improvements. Why not try a test drive from someone who has it, or even Sir Dink himself, since you're in the Bay Area?

I believe DC badminton also has a replacement program for broken PP rackets? I think Sir Dink mentioned the price was 35$ in one of his past posts.

The T2 would be my best bet, but since I live in the SF Bay Area I would have to meet with the distributor here in person at local badminton club and the nearest one is 30 mins away. Not only that but my hours and his hours that we can meet are pretty different. I got a T1 last time because my friend was going to be training there and he ordered one, so he just picked up mine for me as well. But since he doesn't train anymore I can't get it the same way. :(

@Krisyay: Really? I sent an email to Sir Dink about my broken racket and he didn't mention anything.

P.S Also I forgot to ask for the stiffness comparison between the rackets. Thanks.

Hi, is this Justin? If so, I did mention in your e-mail to me why your racket was not warrantied. It was a clash. No manufacturer can warranty all clashes, there would be no way to stay in business.

And if this is not Justin, please contact me at: dcbadminton@gmail.com and I'll see what can be done, thanks. :)

I need to edit that post (and add clashes and external influences/damages to not being covered). The guarantee I was referring to was manufacturer's defect.

We cannot control clashes, hitting the racket on the ground or similar things. If we warrantied all broken rackets, we would be out-of-business.

I hope this makes sense, thanks. :)

Does racket breakage due to stringing covered ( at over 30lbs) ?

Yes. You need to keep the racket and the string intact just the way it is, we need to inspect it. :)

just wondering, but how do you conduct the inspection? i mean, how would you tell if it was defect or not?

    sorry for offtopic.

That's the post I was looking for when my racket was broken! I remembered something reading about a warranty. Oddly I couldn't find it so I emailed Sir Dink.:D

    Hey Sir Dink,

Yeah its me Justin. What I meant in my post was that you didn't say anything about the $35 thing, but now I understand why you didn't mention it. Yea you told me my racket was void of the warranty and I understand. I was just confused on Krisyay's post about the $35 thing because I coudn't find that link before he posted it up. I'm crystal clear on the warranty now.:D Sorry for any misunderstandings.

No Brave Sword responses yet? Seems like someone's wanting me to get the T2. :D:D;)

    Pretty easy:

    1) Contact the Panda In Charge Of Warranties (PICOW) describe situtation.

    2) Most likely the PICOW will ask you to send images. If images suffice, racket will be replaced. If not, will ask for racket to be sent to PICOW for inspection to determine status.

    :)

No worries, no misunderstandings at all. In fact, it's good you posted this, Panda should be more specific in the posts (can't think of everything all the time), and is in the processing of updating the DCBadminton.net website, especially the guarantee/warranty information part.

    So, thanks! :D

Regarding your the broken racket, I'll e-mail you and see if we can work something out. :p

Never had the pleasure to try Panda weapons, mainly because the paintjobs are..... unattractive to me... personally :p (as for T1, I cannot stand to look at it... and T2 looks like a christmas candy, so as NS9900... sry, honest opinion)

but i have owned bs10 and now bs11, here's what i can tell you...

bs10 felt very stiff to me, only little headheavy, this combination makes it very tiring to use :(

11 slight above MID stiff, very mobile, probably same headheaviness as 10, the stiffness seems just right, but i feel 3U is a bit too light, power is there, but somehow costing consistency of shots.

about the 'cut air frame': it makes no difference except sound, if you like the 'wind sound'... you will think it's actually faster ;) but then again, hearing the wind is somewhat like hearing resistance.

    oh yeah, and my history goes MP100 > AT900P > AT7002nd > AT7001st > Ti101st > now BS11

Sorry, but to me, how it plays matters 100%. It don't matter to me how it looks, because it's my opponents who have to look at it, not me.:p

What girl doesn't like candy? lol.:D:p:cool:;)

    Anyways...
Thanks Blindfury for your review on the BS10 and BS11, but since I cannot find a place that sells those rackets for my price range that seems to be 100% authentic, I'm most likely going to buy a T2.

Hmmm, I wonder what my coach's face will be when she sees my racket. (A die hard yonex fan) :D

And thanks everyone who contributed in this thread.:)
