Do not need to worry about not being able to book at Tampines Hall any longer coz it has been close for demolition from 22Apr2013.

Did anyone encounter issues this morning?
Was helping a friend book and had trouble accessing the website initially. Later had trouble paying thru the website. My friend then tried to pay over the counter at the sports hall nearest to his workplace and could not do so either.
Just notice the booking made has been extended for a day eg to hold reservations until issue resolved?

From my experience, it is useless to complain to icanbook customer service.
Better directly go to SSC: http://www.ssc.gov.sg/publish/Corpor.../feedback.html or STOMP it
The more people complaint, SSC will know that there is a big problem with icanbook and will give them presure to fix it.

Looks like geniune issue at the website - as per CUT&PASTE of the text from the notice.

I understand you have your contacts in SSC. Could you pass them my feedback as I find it pointless to write to the SSC customer service.
1) The lighting in the mens changing room of Peicai Sec Sch has been down for at least a month. Could you get them to change the lighting? Or do they need to put up a tender for changing a light bulb?
2) Playing at Yuying Sec Sch / Xing Hua Pri Sch ISH is like playing outdoors. Its just too windy. That was my feedback to SSC one year ago and I was informed that they have passed my feedback to MOE who is taking care of the school halls. Todate nothing has been done!

Well, it is not "our" contacts but just that we try to go "all out" to make "feedback" and a higher authority had looked into the matter.
1) lights issue should be able to solve and as far as we understand, it seems no tender needed.
2) Windy issues most probably cannot be solved as it has to do with "building structure". Looks it will be best for us to change venue instead
