Ok guys, Even though this is not for sale seperately, but it comes with those early birds owner of Zelm Power Play 10000 (PP10k). But heck, it is hell of a cool bag and hence worth a small review here. Color Scheme: Black on the racket compartment side and silverish-black on the other side. Internal is all cool neon green which overall complements the whole bag. Overall a very cool colour scheme. Built: It is basically based on the Yonex 9826/JP 802-AI model (97% identical), in measurement and compartment placement. Hence it is a 6 racket, 2 compartment, one additional external small compartment and a bottom feed shoe compartment. Material: It is similar to SP Yonex 9826 material. Canvas kind of feel. But Not very thick. So durability is yet to be determine for now as it is still new. CONFIRMED it is not thermal and NOT water proof. Zips: Very nice small metal zip with black string + plastic attached to each of it. Zipping and unzipping is very smooth and effortless. Good job done in this department. Compartment Rooms: The racket compartment is suffcicient to hold up to 9 racket effortlessly even though it is rated as a 6 racket bag. (mind you each of my racket i put a cloth cover some more) Definitely no problem for some one with 1-10 rackets. The external compartment room is enough to hold misc items like handphones, wallets, keys, grips, scissors, etc etc. even though a 2 seperate external compartment like the JP BAG802AI will be better. For the clothes compartment, one the shoe is in at the bottom shoe compartment, it takes up almost half of the clothes compartment (like the YY SP 9826 model). So, at max, it can still take 2 tubes of birdies, plus a few shirts and a empty laundry bag. Conclusion: Overall this is a good bag considering it comes free with a SGD130 racket. A similar design yonex SP bag would have cost between SGD50-100 depending on country. So all in all it is a good bag, even though it is not thermal and definitely not water proof. Photos :
Nice Review Tckang So, does it mean bye bye JP 802-AI model? By the way, the bag is kinda waterproof during drizzles. at least for the clothing compartment, as the silver material do block off abit of rain. I always have to brave the sun and storm just to play badminton *nice pictures by the way.
Thanks Well at least you no need to brave the snow and -16 Deg C now in Beijing. Tonight i am walking in this condition 15 min to play baddy. Gan bate
er...you forgot about the water bottle...mine if you post a photo of the bag cramped with everything..would like to see that....
Sure For you only. Will do it tonight (Anything else you want me to stuff in it besides water bottle? )
The width of the racquet compartment is 4 handles wide. The other compartment (with the shoe compartment filled) leaves just about enough space for the length of a tube (width equal to other side). The silver plastic scratches very easily though. Would've been better to use the regular material imo. Worth the $38 SGD if you didn't get it as a freebie .
oo,thx....no more nothing at all..just wanna noe...how many shirts can u stuff in it???don burst ur bag....
There you go, sorry for the delay. In the photo, I stuffed 6 rackets, 5 of them in individual cloth bag except my Arc Z. And still got more room to go. In the clothes compartment, i put the shoes underneath (inside the shoe compartment), the remaining space, i stuffed in 2 tubes of birdies, 2 pants, 2 T shirts, 1 bottle of anti slip powder, 1 full length Yonex towel, and i feel it can take at least 2 more Ts and 2 water bottles (500mL)
That's a nice bag, albeit kind of big looking. I'm debating getting the PP10K and wondered what I'd do with the bag, since I'd feel silly carrying it around when I'd only have 1 (at most 2) racket(s) in there.
clothes, towel, water bottle, shuttles, baddy shoes, snacks, protein bars, books, keys, wallet, plenty of stuff to fill it.
Its still kinda big for my needs. I have 3-4 rackets, shuttles, shoes, all my wallet and mobile phone, change of clothes (spares), more change of clothes (post shower). It's a comfortable bag and is a backpack so I still prefer it over all my other bags. Plus the quality is fantastic.
