Whiltshire Times, UK 3:30pm Friday 8th January 2010 National success for youngster Shaun WILTSHIRE and Corsham BC’s U17 World Dwarf singles champion Shaun Dunford is eyeing up the European Championships later this year after a fine performance at the adult Dwarf Four Nations event in Northern Ireland. The 16 year old added to his gold success at the 2009 World Dwarf Games in Belfast during the summer as he made the step up to the senior ranks. Making an immediate impact on the proceedings in the singles, Dunford dispatched the number two seed in the first round 21/20, 21/12, followed by the number three seed in the semi-finals in a close three-set match. The final saw him play the world champion, Northern Ireland’s Niall McVeigh, where he was beaten in straight sets. The men’s Doubles saw Dunford partnering an unseeded junior player. Undaunted, they made the final where they were beaten once again, by the McViegh and his partner. Success finally came in the mixed doubles as Dunford, partnering the UK ladies champion convincingly won the title. Yep.. ..i believe i've read a thread w/similar topic here before and seen the same video above. Re the video: One must be in awe watching the footwork, of the gentleman in red, to cover the whole court in that video..Unless, they play in a smaller court..
