    Kumiko Ogura will officially announce her Retirement from Badminton today.
    She will not be playing in International and LOCAL Japanese tournament anymore. :(

    There will be a Retirement Ceremony to appreciate and give thanks for her Badminton contribution.

    Wish i can be there...

    So sad to hear that, what she is planning to do after retirement since she will not be playing in International and LOCAL Japanese tournament anymore?

    Ogura of 'Ogu-Shio' doubles fame to retire
    DAITO, Japan, Jan. 12 KYODO


    Kumiko Ogura, one half of the ''Ogu-Shio'' doubles pair who became pin-ups after popularizing badminton in Japan, called time on her career Tuesday, citing a lingering stomach ailment as her main reason for leaving the sport.
