Thank you so much! It's good to hear she's still playing. I'm worried about Ha Jung Eun though

It was reported that Ha Hung Eun and Kim Min Jung's suspensions have now expired, but they have decided not to join any international tournaments anymore. this will be a blow to the Korean Team, esp during important matches like Sudirman / Uber Cup where the girls have occasionally sprung a surprise or two.

So sad... they must've trained so hard looking to get Gold or at least Silver
In the end, they were met with adversity and it all ended like that. It must've been so mentally tough to deal with it... they were just sticking with their game plan and played along the competition's regulations
And it got to them, and they're gone from the international game forever...
If only they could play one more competition so the fans could really show their appreciation of what great players they were, but it's sad we won't have it

Wish they could think again and reverse their decision though.. they are still young and still have another 1 or 2 olympics to go..

I believe it was the KBA's additional punishment that dealt HHE and KMJ the deathblow as if the Olympic disqualification dashing their dreams and the attendant ignominy weren't enough.
They are still young, perhaps they need more time to get over that incident and come to terms with it; hopefully by then their passion for the sport might drive them to come back. Let Time heal their wounds.

What a beautiful, humble lady. For such a young age, she already sounds very wise. Great interview by Don Heard. She'll definitely be missed as she was such a skilled player.
