Hi, I'm looking for an arcsaber z slash to replace my crappy isometric mf and I was wondering if people can recommend me some good stores in Toronto or Markham preferably. If possible can you list the price of the place they are selling? Thanks
Keep in mind that although mjstrings are authentic, he does not sell CD coded rackets so warranty, if important to you, can be an issue. His rackets are mostly either SP or US.
Browns - not the cheapest place (Jane & Bloor) http://www.brownssports.com Sportinglife - again....not the cheapest (Yonge & Eglinton and Sherway Gardens) http://www.sportinglife.ca Mandarin and Lee's training centers have pro shops We Love Tennis - west end http://www.welovetennis.ca/index.html Yo's Sport - First Markham Place http://www.profilecanada.com/companydetail.cfm?company=2434751_Yosports_Markham_ON -->sorry but this is the only info I could find Parkway Health & Racquet Club - HWY 7 Leslie the area Yonex rep is involved in this place
I just wanted to thank you guys! I'm probably going to buy from Yo's Sports since he's an authorized yonex dealer. Hope it's a decent price.
Yeah, but Max is really expensive. And I don't think that place is that great, they got a good selection but price is important to me.
"Max is really expensive." Really?? I know think so. The price is inclusive of a choice from most strings, taxes and warranty as well. I would say it's competitive.
But everywhere I shop has strings, warranty etc. Arc z at max is going for 260. I get it for 220. Arc 9 at max is going for 230. I got mine for 180. RDiS 100 at max is on sale for 220. I get mine at regular price for 200. I just listed 3 short examples but there's a bunch like that. Don't get me wrong, I look at their stuff all the time and if I see something I like I'll buy, but what I won't do is accept their prices at face value.
I actually just took a better look at max's prices, he's selling bg 65s for 10 dollars. And their sale prices for birds are equal to most other's regular price. I don't hate max but I've had a bunch of people come to me and say that max is one of the cheapest pro shops in Toronto. If someone can prove me wrong I'm all ears (or eyes) I'm always up for a good deal but saying it's one of the cheapest is a bit of a stretch for me.
i also discovered another racket shop in the north eastern end, steeles and markham rd it's right by my physio place... i'm heading there for a session in 5 mins, i will update on prices for me, i go to maxsports for stringing (very good service, fast!) and mjstrings for rackets/grips etc... there's another place on yonge st, but i don't remember the name atm it has CD coded stuff all else fails, but the z-slash second hand, it'll probably be more cost effective you might want to buy a different racket afterwards because i've heard some stories about being hard to adjust/get used to
yonge and finch? it's called racquet warehouse canada or something. won't recommend it. they sell everything at retail pricing + tax and charge 20 + tax for bg 65
Ahh yes Racquet Warehouse Their # is 416-229-0229....doesn't hurt to call and ask about pricing...maybe they have a sale!
have you guys ever bought from this guy? http://cgi.ebay.com/YONEX-NANOSPEED...ultDomain_0?hash=item1e5acde18a#ht_2364wt_939 hes based in toronto, i went to the ebay Shopping Enquiries topic and they referred me to here.
racketguy has TONS of feedback so you're ok. That being said I'm 99% sure it is the proshop at L'Amoreaux tennis center
just got back from the markham and steeles location it's called "eastside racket shop" at900p CD coded sells for 214.99 + tax stringing (string+labour) for bg 80 is 22, nbg 98 is 24 (+tax for both) stringing just labour costs 12 bucks prices on stringing is decent, got a wilson machine, electronic owner is gerry octa address 6055 steeles ave east, suit 118, toronto, on, m1x 0a7 cheers, and hope you find a good shop
L'Amoreaux is cheap during the blow out sale and at no other time lol. But even then you only get basic strings.
