January of this year I broke my (right)achilles tendon. In march i broke it again. From september i am back on the court again after some therapy.

Now, during gamaplay my left tendon hurts a little bit. Does anybody have also had a broken tendon?

Anybody any tips? From shoes to exercises, any suggestions will be appreciated!

p.s. to everybody: DO YOUR WARMING UP BEFORE GAMEPLAY! It is a terrible injury!!!
