Oh my, it looks pretty! Wonder how much it will cost, hopefully its below the converted price (~257 USD) because the cost of living is much higher in Japan...

I'm pretty sure at 23,100 Yen, shuttle-house will give you 20 -22% discount. So you're looking at $40 less on the retail price.

I just think that the racket is so pretty. They should had use that design for the Z Slash instead.

The looks seems average to me but the increment in stringing limits really caught my attn.

Woah! This is a stunner! Reminds me of the "red herring picture" of the Arc 10 that ants gave us here. I see it also has the Z string pattern viz. four singles at the top.

Can anybody translate the kanji and tell us the stiffness and balance?

It is actually just an increase of maximum of 3 pounds warranty limit on the older range. Hopefully the newer racquet models will all have such maximum warranty limit. As we all should have experienced before, when Yonex says 28lbs max, most professional stringers especially working with Yonex dealers will say 30lbs is on the margin of warranty limit (just like 27lbs is for 25lbs limit) :D

I sense that Yonex is being threathened by the increasingly high tension warranty limits of other racquet producers that may topple over it soon.

Hehe - don't know how seriously to take that chart, according to which the Z is "slightly head heavy" (which I think is bollox: mine is >300 dry!):D.

Nice to see an Arc with decent stiffness, though, but let's see how well it holds; I got rid of my 10 because the stiffness gradually diminished over the course of a year or so...

the design sure looks a lot less flashy than the other top end Arc Saber rackets (ie. Z, 10, 9) and indeed it looks quite good.

DX is the face your opponents will make when you play them with it.

So from what I can see... it's going to be a slightly stiffer, lower cost version of the Arc10?

For me, I should be able to get it for somewhere around $200 USD and below for the JP.

    Durability Extended?

Looks cool and laidback! However, the DX alone means it must be a whopper!
