Rock Climbing to help badminton?

    Hey guys,
    I like to do indoor rock climbing (bouldering-no harnass) every now and then, as I find it is a killer workout on my fingers, wrists, forearms, and legs. Anyone else rock climb as part of there badminton conditioning?
