I am a complete beginner to stringing and after buying my stringing machine - a challenger 1 - I am stuck on one of the first processes ; tensioning!

Can anyone tell me how to actully tension my strings using the challenger 1?

    Thankyou in advance.

    Pro's Pro or Eagnas ?

If Pro's Pro, you can download the manual from their website.
If Eagnas, you can see some instruction at their website.

I have drop-weight machine, but the brand is AEF Flyer-IV (link : here scroll down and find Flyer-IV)
