Recently, our Samuel882 made a request regarding this BC official t-shirt. To any bcers who are going and planning to wear the shirt(which would be reproduce in Malaysia as far as i know), suggestion from sam earlier: that members can wear it during the thomas/uber cup. So, roughly we need bcers coordination in this matter. Kwun already mentioned that he have some BC t-shirt left, unfortunately they are all XL and XXL. the XL is too large for him because he's 6ft tall. however, if anyone wants it, he can have Chris bring some over. I'll copy the rest of the pm to here. as for making more in Malaysia, i think that's a good idea. there are a few things that needs to be sorted out though. design: i still have the files for the original design. license: i am ok to have you guys make limited amount of it to wear in TC/UC without any charge. basically, you find out where to make them, make 10-20 of them. if you want to make larger quantity and sell them, i am ok with that too. in fact, it will be nice for someone to help make and sell the BC tshirt. however, we may have to talk about a little bit of brand royalty. it all depends on the cost and the final sale price. so please go ahead and do the ground work of finding out how much t-shirt and printing would cost. cheers, kwun As for the BC Banner, heard terry has it , huh?
after i confirm the production time i will post it here anyway terry gor gor say he can provide us banner which is cheap(under rm 100) but big enough let see how kwun answer this question
So.. ..oooh, oooh, oooh, i've got several questions *raises arm up high* 1. Who will be the person in charge and to contact if i want to get one? 2. When is the deadline to sign up? 3. Is there any pre-payment? How & when will the money be collected? As for the pictures of how BC's official t-shirt looks like, here is our handsome model: Front side; see the tall, good lookin' fella raisin' his racket up high (2nd pic); BC's official banner (2nd & 3rd pics): Back side: Front and back designs: Btw, here is another similar thread, from several yrs back, on this same BC t-shirt distribution inquiries. And interestingly, they came from a group of M'sian BCers. Check out this thread (maybe you guys can contact the same BC members??): http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26413
well i used to call him uncle but he+:crying: haha so i call him gor gor i will comfirm everything tomorow
Should want one. Where are all these members? To me, the jumping smash does not have the power, more like a hit to the baseline, looking at the height of the racquet head and elbow. It should be higher.
I was thinking.. ..and noticing this idea hasn't generated the amount of interest, maybe because of the need for BCers to pay to get a t-shirt or maybe because of the sizes available are XLs and XXLs. Perhaps kwun needs to take all of those 20 extra XL and XXL t-shirts and put them in the dryer to shrink them to Medium or Small or even Large sizes. That way, more people will be interested.. ..so, any confirmation to share with us? When will the sign up list start?
i will go to the shop this weekend to confirm everything my friend is so not sure not sure about it so i go kl this weekend
Yeah, u can also introduce more about yourself in the introduction forum here>> http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=75 so will u be coming to thomas/uber cup this year? have fun!
So, any good news??.. bro, any happy news to share with us BCers??.. or are you still recovering from your illness??.. *waiting*..
I want a shirt!! Hmmm... I should hit Kwun up when I go to SF next time. XL is perfect for me. hehehe
We are in the process of sourcing for the best pricing for production of BC T-shirts in Malaysia. Once we confirm everything , we will post the purchase price here. For those who will not be coming for TCUC finals in KL this coming MAy 2010 and wanted to purchase this shirts, we will need to figure out a way to courier the shirt Here are Front and rear side of the pics. Guess who is the handsome model?
Willing to ship to the US? If there are groups orders, I sure wouldn't mind being a distributor for California/the US, though I'm sure kwun or someone has already called dibs on it.
