Li Ning has just announced that it is donating S$8.8 million dollars to sponsor Singapore badminton. I suspect it will eventually make huge inroads into the two far more important badminton countries, Indonesia and Malaysia. The battle ground is now at Yonex's "real" badminton home ground, Sunrise Singapore, who alone (not Yonex Japan) has propelled Yonex badminton to the top.
