I hope Andre Kurniawan Tedjono uses this opportunity to win an IC title this year!

If he maintains his skill level like last week's Kejurnas [where he defeated Simon and pushed Sony to the limit], I will not be surprised if Andre wins... Oh, Nana also can win this Austrian Challenge...

Nana won the Astec Indonesia IC and Vietnam Open GP titles last year, so, another IC won't be a challenge for her :) I expect her to win at least one GP (or hopefully GP Gold) title this year.

The only name that I saw on the WS list that have a good chance of stopping Nana from winning this is: Petya Nedelcheva of Bulgaria... Petya deserves to be seeded #1 [if she does not withdraw or anything]...;) Nana deserves to be seeded #2. :)

In the MS... I cannot recognize most of the names... Maybe some of them are new pros... Andre can realistically win this tournament... :D Hopefully Adit will be on the other side of the draw, so we can see Andre vs. Adit in the finals...

I wonder if Petra intends to play:
    Austria Challenge
    German GP
    All England SS
    Swiss Open SS
    ???!?!?
If I were her, I will just concentrate on All England SS and Swiss Open SS... Orrr... play in the Austria Challenge, get confidence, skip German Open, concentrate on All England. That will also make sense... Playing 4 tournaments in a row... mmmm.... maybe too tough.

"Chase 1 horse and maybe you'll catch it. Chase 4 horses at the same time... errr....." :p hehehe...

Looks like Nana will not get seeding position #2, there're 3 WS player in the entry list who have WR higher than Nana, Susan Egelstaff-Rachel Van Cutsen and Larisa Griga...

Looking at the entry list Andre should definitely win. Only european to not underestimate should be Brice Leverdez but normally should be no problem. Japanese, don't know them??
Ladies should be as said above Petya or Nana, maybe Wang Linling and the japanese(?)...

    Who is Petra? :p

After looking at this draw, I predict:
MS final: Andre Kurniawan Tedjono vs. Christian Lind Thomsen
WS final: Petya Nedelcheva vs. Fransisca Ratnasari

    Hey!

    Greetings from Austria!

It is nice to see that you are already discussing about the tournament in Vienna.

In Mens Single I think Anand Pawar from India could win as well. He has already won the tournament in 2008 (at that time it was a Int. Series tournament).

Andre's uniqueness is his strength and endurance. Andre usually have problems with fast players. He will perform well against most Europeans because most are not that fast. :p

Not a good start for Adit as he's being forced to rubber-set and is still trailing 8-11 at the interval

Andreas Adityawarman is through to the second qualifying round, but not before a struggle against Hannes Kaesbauer 23-25, 21-8, 21-17.
