I reckon something from the nanospeed series may do. If you want something mid-stiff maybe a 4500. Something I'd recommend which isn't Yonex is a Carlton Vapour Trail Tour which is mid-stiff and headlight good for control.

    such a girl....

... Lol head light and flexible why dont you be a man and buy a stiff racket ?
Anyway, you want a yonex racket, even balanced to head light, and mid stiff. Well, you have to choices, arc 7 or ns4500

Alternatively buy something stiffer, like a at900t, ns7000, arc10 etc you have more choice

Already have NS-Tour, would like to try other specification.
Arc 7 is better than NS4500?

Why do you not allow the OP to make his own racket choices?

I say try the MP 45. Mid stiff, balanced. Should still be around.

OP = original post..i think
anyways i think from those specs u should try out an arcsaber 7. even balance + medium flex. i saw one of the posts recently and an AE version of the racket is being released aswell (looks awesome btw :D) or if u dont mind the colour the arcsaber 9 is also good :p.
