Woo-hoo! Another badminton club for SoCal. From the owner of San Gabriel Valley Badminton Club (SGVBC) comes SGVBC 2! 2 will be opening in May 2010 near Cal Poly Pomona. Information and images taken from: www.sgvbc.net.
I do like the floor plan, but not the ad comparing clubs. I know it's a marketing tactic like all those burger commercials or even with graphics cards, but I think just the floor plan and just the sentences saying what's available at the club would have been great. I guess with the new LABC club almost here, that there will be more competition in the area? Are those clubs really close to each other?
Does anyone know the exact location (address)? I want to compare the distance to SGVBC I from where I live. I am excited about all these new clubs including LABC. These clubs need to stay competitive and offer the best services to its members.
Awwww someone PLEASE open a club up in Davis or Sac!!! Dink, maybe drop a word in next time they decide to expand?
WOW!!..who woulda thunk!!.. ..Within a few months, full time baddy gyms have sprouted all over the Los Angeles area. Finally, we have one to cover the Los Angeles East region (could've gone a bit more east).. This one is just around my neighborhood!..Arguably the biggest one in SoCal region, w/20 courts!.. Now, all we need is one around the Ventura Co. area and one down in San Diego area.. *Thanks for the heads up, Dan!
We need one in the San Fernando Valley....guranteed to be a $ maker, tons of people out here who love to play but no full time gym.
^^Yes..^^ ..it's still part of SGV. The San Gabriel Valley basically lies to the east of the city of Los Angeles, to the north of the Puente Hills, to the south of the San Gabriel Mountains, and west of the Inland Empire. It stretches all the way out to Chino Hills and east to Claremont (which is further east than Pomona).
