    Hi, Can anybody please tell me some exercises and ideas on working your reactions and reflexes

    No, seriously, video games, ping pong, whac a mole comes to mind...

    good idea, pingpong is of much faster pace. I used to play pingpong a lot and then turned to badminton. At the beginning, I really found badminton's pace is much slower. In pingpong, some times your action is just from your basic reaction. But in badminton, even you are controled, you still have time to think about how to return. But the only problem is whether you can go to the right position in time or not.

    So I do think pingpong is a good sport for reaction
