I would like to start a session for doubles in Boon Keng, most probably at Kallang Community Club.
Anyone interested, please kindly respond to this thread.

    Friday night or Saturday morning?

Hopefully can get enuf players (min. 6) to start a regular session there.
    Thanks.

You gotta roughly state what is the level of playing ... Beginner, High-Beginner, intermediate, High Intermediate, Advance etc... That will help u to get players :D

I am a high intermediate player, looking for players who can play competitively against each other so that we can enjoy playing the game and no one will feel left out due to the gap of the level of playing.

Do u guys know anywhere nearby other than kallang cc has badminton courts for us?
Are we going to play regularly as the court fees will b cheaper if we book it on a monthly basis?
As I am also new in Singapore, hope some "lao jiao" can guide us.
    =)

You can try Potong Pasir CC, Jalan Besar CC or Whampoa CC but be prepared to compete with existing groups for the courts.

    just my 2cents opinion...............

You can try Potong Pasir CC, Jalan Besar CC or Whampoa CC but be prepared to compete with existing groups for the courts.

just my own experience, without offence to anyone, maybe my skill is not good, sorry Sealman, bc you stated the above cc.....
    1) Potong cc- daytime is bad
    2) Jln Besar cc - sauna pl
    3) Whampoa cc - hv to "tikam tikam" hitting the birdie, esp centre court

maybe try Paya Lebar Kovan cc, Hg cc - be careful there's a big speaker abv court #1, Kg Chai Chee cc - paraquet floor, nice lighting - (but if you can bear with the drummer lessons)

there are 2 courts and it depends how many players you are accepting. Flooring is tiles.
