fractured leg rest time
Okay, i fractured my leg about four weeks ago and hadn't played badminton since, and my cast is suppose to get taken off this week, how long of a rest time will i need before getting up and playing again, i'm just hoping for it to be a quick while, a week or a few days because i have badminton tryouts at the end of February. and i seriously want to make the team

Probably 4 to 6 weeks of rest.... you should consult your orthopedic dr
