    It sure is

That is why I humbly said your towel gripping reminds me most of Taufik's. A lot of people these days are totally ignoring that Taufik was the one who started with this grip style.

i believe i read a post a long time ago regarding that LD and Taufik shared the same technique or reason for the 3/4 or in ld case, 1/2 grip, however i never found a pic of THs racket (not in that close up or quality of the picture you have posted anyway )
Thanks for the picture... the gripping style isnt something i made up afterall lol.. but is infact someones elses lol..

May be I miss this part. But I still dont understand how to make the bulge like that.

    How do you do that?

Do you start gripping from the top (cone)?

    Thank you..

    Thanks for answer Babyface

I will try it! But I think I will try the LCW's style first, because its easier than TH

This is mine, AT700 with TH grip style(i use AC204. AC 402 and 404 not available in Indonesia)

But I've problem with the bulge.. In first picture we can see that TH covered the YY logo at bottom with the grip. But its very hard to do

    Any idea?

good replication... if you really want to cover the whole of the bottom, all you have to do is make the 'triangular' cut at the beginning more of a trapezium shape or a steeper angle...
