Please, recommended tension string for Racket Yonex Nanospeed 300

Which tension you recommended for beginner/lower intermediate player for racket Yonex Nanospeed 300 (medium flex) with string Nanogy`s 95. I find on the racket 7,5kg-9,5kg (17lbs-22lbs). I prefer singles and offensive/all around game. What do you think about strung 22lbs (10kg) with Nanogy`s 95. Is not too much for begginer/lower intermediate??? I play with plastic shuttles. Thanks for your proffesional advice/tip.

    mp7?
you should just start with bg65
nbg95 is too stiff for beginners to flex

Nanogy 95 is fine for beginners to use with plastic shuttles providing the tension of the racket is not too high a tension. I've coached many beginners that have used that string in their rackets with no problems, i'ts a matter of choice.

I don't really like the combination of NBG95+ plastics.
    Seems to slip a lot.

    Try BG65 or BG66
