Up for sale/trade is my near mint condition Karakal Mtec 80 Tattoo (no case). Racket is strung with Ashaway Micropower at about 23lbs, red Karakal grip. Racket is in near mint condition, with only a small scratch of the holographic "sticker" at the 3 o'clock during stringing. Up for sale at £43 cheque/cash or £45 Paypal, shipped within the UK. Also would be interested in a trade with the following rackets (in no particular preference): Zelm Powerplay 10000 Ti-10 2nd/3rd Gen 3U Panda Power Trinity 2 (depending on specs) Apacs Nano Pro 9900 Apacs Nano Pro 9600 tour Apacs Tantrum 200 Apacs Nano Fusion 608 Pro Apacs Visible Hollow 1800 or similar Thanks for looking, please PM if you have any queries.
I could send to Slovakia, but you'll have to pay the postage prices (due to the length of the box for the racket), which is quite expensive, you're looking at least £25 for postage. It sucks I know, but unfortunately there aren't any cheaper alternatives at present.
A parcel to Germany inc. half tracking until it leaves the uk for 8gbp. (not insured but normal 4-5 day delivery). A parcel to Australia is 15gbp, This is via Royal Mail. Don't see how slovakia is 25 ...
It's mainly due to the maximum dimensions allowed for Airmail and Surface mail: http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/content1?mediaId=3500027&catId=400036 "Maximum size Letter or PacketLength, width and depth combined must not be greater than - 900mm. The greatest single dimension must not exceed - 600mm". - A racket is already 675mm long! Hence it'll need to go via Parcelforce, which costs loads!
It's different at the Post Office and on site. Mine was 30 gbp on parcelforce when i put the details on the website and there were 2 pieces... but 8-9 when i got there and weighed it etc.
It really depends on whether the clerk/cashier at the Post Office is strict or otherwise. I know other members have most of the time been charged around £25 for international postage of rackets.
I dont know, that forwarding charges is too expensive. What a pity. In Slovakia we have option - Yonex - higher model too expensive i think. Rackets - Karakal, Zelm, Apacs, Carlton, Panda etc...we havent markets or representation for this rackets brand. I am looking forward higher model racket for offensive/all around game, but Yonex is too expensive {NS 9000, NS9900, Arcsaber 10 or Armortec 700 or 900 T} - €130. I am looking for any used racket in good condition for about €40-50.Yonex is one from the best, but not only one brand on the world. thanks Daniel
