Well, I am right-handed and fractured my right collarbone in a car accident 4 months ago. I have a stainless steel plate to secure the bone. My doctor did not advice against me returning to play badminton. I feel alright although it ache a little when I am trying to straighten my right arm, upright. I may not be able to give full strength while playing. I guess I'd need to start off slowly and avoid smashing too much like before. Should I rest more (eg. more than 6 months) or go back playing? Thank you!
Um, you mean you asked your doctor and they said it was OK? Or you were afraid they might give you bad news so you didn't ask? I think it's not safe to rely on this forum to give you the right answer. You should ask your doctor.
