    Jackie Chan and Jet Li are so quick and their reflex are good. I wonder what level they can reach if they concentrate on badminton.:rolleyes:

    Recently a japanese movie about table tennis players called PING Pong

    was released. Maybe later ther'll be one on Badminton.

    In the current issue of Men's Health magazine, Jet Li was interviewed and his #1 for developing quick reflexes is the sport of badminton. The author of the article claimed that Jet Li plays three times a week to work on his reflexes :D
