stretching or adding string tension that is already strung on a racquet
hello fellas. good day. I let my racquet (AT800DF) restrung with bg65 @ 23x24 but it seems like the actual tension is 21x22. my question is, can the string strung on my racquet be stretched to add more tension or i should change it and restrung with higher tension? i want 24x24 or 24x25 for my 4U racquet. if this question already asked by someone... kindly direct me to that link.
thanks a lot...

Concur with Distanc3! Just cut and restring. The amount of effort that goes into re-tensioning the used string is not worth it. Remember to pre-stretch the string by 10%.

It does take some time to re tension a racket but it is not that hard to do if you have the stringing machine....
Simply make yourself a (fish hook bought at the store) hook that
is filed down to slip under the string on the outside of frame...
Tie a piece of string to the other end that will attach to the tensioner and re tension your racket...
At the end you will have enough string to re-tie the knot...
To avoid damage to the racket you can use a toothpick to raise the string from the frame so that you can insert the hook...
