Cheap training shuttles?

I'm from Europe and I'm trying to find out a cheap club shuttlecock. We use Victor Queen at training and championships which is accepted by the commission in charge of approving shuttles for championships.

We can use whatever brand for playing unofficial matches and trainings but when it comes to official games we must use a brand and model that is on the list.
And those Victor Queens break easily and don't last long enough. So I'm looking for a new replacement. They cost 10€ ($13,5).

I already came in contact with someone from Vietnam and Indonesia. The one claims he has a shuttle at $12 and compares to Yonex AS-40 and the other has also very good shuttles of the same quality.

Does anybody already ordered something like this (or the same and cheaper )
