Li-Ning Woods N90 II strung with Yonex BG66 Maxima (1-piece stringing). Grommet colours are similar to the N90 II Classic. Strung weight without grip is around 92-93 gms. Initial feel is about the same as the Classic. Technology used and specs seems to be identical to the Classic also except the colour scheme.

Li-Ning Woods N90 II with the N90 II Classic

Both racquets are around the same weight at 92-93 gms. Head-heavy balance also feels the same. Will write more when I have the chance to play with the N90 II.

    Flame N50 II

Li-Ning Flame N50 II also strung with Yonex BG66 Maxima. Initial swing, movement and weight felt like my 2U Yonex Ti10 3rd generation. This racquet is a tad heavier at 95 gms as compared to both N90II racquets. Quality and furnish is flawless and excellent and should already be familiar to current Li-Ning racquet owners.

Visual comparison of all the 2nd Generation Racquets.

Visual, colour and cosmectic wise, I would prefer the 2nd generation racquets as compared to the 1st generation especially the fonts of the wordings. I do not own any of the 1st generation racquets but may consider acquiring them if I get a good deal.

LN did a good job with the Woods in terms of paint job.

the color scheme turned out to be really quite classy. it is usually quite hard to color a racket with gold and red and not make it look cheap.

the flame however, looks cheap to me.

Why is the N50 Heavier than the N90 O.O, I thought N90 was suppose to be a head heavy singles racket - talking about the 2nd gen here xD o.o

Overall weight of the racquets are about the same. Both the N90 II racquets are head heavier, i.e., higher balance point tipping towards the frame.
