Well what was your super thick grip setup?
A picture of your hand gripping the handle with the Ultimate grip setup using your normal in game grip would be nice as well.

I was using a Yonex something grip. Its package has a Beta symbol on it but I'm not sure of the exact model. It's colored grey and super thick compared to the ultimate grip.
I will post a picture later after work

Here are the pics of my usual in-game grip for this grip size:

Not sure if the thickness is right for my hands.
Also, what does color have to do with the tackiness of a grip?

The grips seems too small for you. You could try building the grip up with some balsa wood to preserve the bevels, then reappying the replacement grip. What is the grip size of your racket?
Color has a small effect, nothing too huge most of the time. Most people agree that white performs the best for just about any grip.

Can I just use electrical tape to thicken the grip? How would my fingers look like if It is the correct grip size? Should I overlap more when re-applying or will it run short because I already cut it?
Ok but why does color affect it? Is the coloring effect have to do something with tackiness? And black is the worst for tackiness right?

Yes you can use electrical tape to thicken it up. The thing about grip size is that it's very subjective, except for extremes. Too small a grip, and you can't grip it properly to get the full power out of it. Too big of a grip, and you lose agility and some
power. But it's a relatively large gap where it really depends on what you feel best playing with. I say experiment with adding a super grap or two to get the relative thickness to a point where you like it, then put the super graps underneath the Ultimate grip.
As for why it changes, the dyes can chemically affect the material and finish. I find yellow to be the worst actually, not black.

Oh ok. By the way, my racket is an armortec 700 but a fake one. Are tou familiar with its grip size? I'm afraid that I might destroy the ultimate grip if I remove and re-apply it?
Is super grap the cheap white yonex overgrip?

Yes super grap is the cheap white yonex overgrip. Should be very thin.
If you are careful, the ultimate grip shouldn't tear.
I have an AT700, but it is real so most likely not same grip size.

Oh ok. But how's the grip? Won't the supergrap ruin the ultimate grip if I put it over it?

Has anyone tried the King grips yet? I'm deciding between the King or Ultimate grip.

Deciding between the 2 myself as I am running out of my Super Soft. I think they are pretty much the same except that the Ultimate is thinner and not as soft as the King (based on the description). I will most likely go for the King as it resembles the Super Soft the closest.

Haha, isn't that what I said? Either way, they are really good grips
Will plunge for the Kings, as I sweat a fair bit and would like just a little bit more thickness. Nonetheless, looking forward to your views on the RKEP grips
Justin.

RKEP grips. I have both the contact and nano grips and have found the nano as good as karakal pu grips with my current choice of grip the" contact " with the raised seam. I have just ordered some super soft to try ,these are from ebay and the service is excellent
