Play double, but like Single

The opponents always hit the shuttle to my partner, in men double. So, I can not do anything, except watch the shuttle
fly. How to fix problem.

Hopefully, your partner will get better from being picked on. :-)

In the meantime:
1) Try to get your partner to either hit more
drives or more dink shots at the net.
When he does this he can sneak in to the
net and you can rotate behind and suddenly
you'll be in an attacking position.

2) Get your partner to hit deep cross court clears.
This will lessen the effect of smashes to your
partner. In addition, if the clear is deep enough,
he can then sneak into the net.

3) You can sneak in yourself when you're cross
court from the shuttle and cut off drops and drives.
