    Hi everyone.
i got to my hands the "Mongoose towel grips". with really low cost, and great quality.
    lets start with some pic's:

i tried the grip 3 seasons ago. i am the sweats player ever! the grip absorbers all the sweat.
the grip really changed my BP. even so, the grip gives a nice feel and a nice grip.
    the shock absorb is great.
and the stick tipe on the back of the grips is the best Ive ever seen; its not too sticky and not too loosy so its just perfect to remove it even if you got a replacement grips underneath.

    conclusion:
this is the cheapst grip (it comes in 12 packs of grips) that i ever bought and as good as yonex towel grips and victor towel grips.
i recommend it to towel grip users not only because of the price, mostly because of the quality.
ps:i got my grips from mongoose.

    Dory.

    Interesting findings.

From the pictures you've taken the grip looks pretty thick. That should be the main reason why all your sweat has been absorbed easily (more volume per porosity for absorption) and also why it changed the balance point of your racquet.

I can't really tell that from your pictures but if you feel that it changes your racquets' balance point too much for comfort (by adding too much weight to the handle end), you can just remove everything covering the handle down to the wood and then just apply on the towel grip.

By the way if I'm not wrong in that you currently have two layers of grip on your handle (one replacement then another towel on top) then most definitely you will feel a lot of cushioning.

    thank you for the tip.
but its less head heavy now, not to much of a problem for me. (even that i love to smash a lot)
and yeah you are right about the cushioning.

    Thanks dorysan for your review.
I'm glad you like the grips!
As a rough gauge, the thickness of Mongoose Grips is in between that of Yonex AC402 towel grips and Victor or Tactic towel grips.

I too have tried the mongoose towel grips. Its quality is much better than all the indonesian towel grips i have tried, kwista, avante etc. the mongoose towel grips has a soft texture, no wierd smell, and the best part is, it doesnt turn hard very fast. The usual indonesian grips i use usually hardens after 2sessions, but the mongoose ones, can last me 4sessions at the very least. Great value for money!
