It looks like a racquet stiffness or maybe power/kinetic energy transfer test to me (note that the measurement unit is kgf). According to the video the other racquets (which are sort of named "Einstein" and then "Newton" by the way) have the better power transfer.
thats some pretty cool testing there doing there. so they tested them in the "sweetspot" center of the racquet, more near the top and then more near the bottom to see what exactly though the differences in stiffness through power/kenetic energy generated by making contact with an object at the different areas? still cool none the less nice setup/machine and the tests/data look to be very very usable in making better racquets.

but theoretically, considering the way of the experiment set-up, they are testing the swinging moment of the rackets. notice that the further the shuttle is placed from the fulcrum, the higher the force. doesnt really show the sweet spot, tho.
