Well its all up to you. Since you are as advanced as you seem, maybe try something in the 25-27 range maybe? For higher tensions you need better technique which is why many beginners start off at a low tension. At the moment, I am using 25 which is proving to be good, but my friend says he plays very well with 28.

Not to sound too mean but... since the levels of play are subjective... by the time you are "advanced" you really should know what tension and string combinations are the best for your own style of play.

BCers came up with a consensus saying 23 is the 'IDEAL' (note the sarcasm) string tension. No string tension suits all, but maybe 23 is where you should start, then gradually go up or down accordingly.

I usually string my head heavies like at900p at 26 and my head light ns8000/9000 at 24. Mostly for my backhand when i do baseline to baseline clears. My forehand can do all shots no problem.

I'm not boasting at all. Its actually what I truly weigh in on how high my tension should be. I learned only couple months ago that its not about the arm/wrist but the whole body.

Put BG65 24 lb on that racket. If you like it at first week, Next time add 1 lb to it. untill you feel lossing power.
BG65 would lose tension at first two week 2lb. . Then it would keep stable for few month.
Most people should be about to handle BG65 at 22lb.

Unless you are young and fit with good skill, able to wipe racket fast. Don't try over 25lb. You racket would be easy to broken. My coach in his late 50s was former world #2. He strings his racket at 23 lb. Still beat hell out of us.

?? You asked for "The best tension" and you stated you are advanced level with good overhead...

    Not the "safest" compromise?? or??

If you're advanced, shouldn't you already have a tension that you feel very comfortable with?
