近日，威克多联合南京市浦口工商局、广州市工商荔湾分局对广州市场上日益猖獗的假冒“VICTOR”羽毛球 运动系列产品进行了一次突击打假。

近年来，VICTOR在广州市场上屡现大量假货，VICTOR的打假部门联合相关部门继上半年的一次市场突 击后，再次重磅出击。本次打假普及范围之广，查获假货之多，再次刷新VICTOR的打假历史纪 录。

重拳出击

VICTOR在市场上一直受到广大羽球爱好者的喜爱，长期以来，一直有部分不法商人不惜铤而走险，假冒我公 司“威克多”品牌进行生产和销售，假冒侵权形式和手法多样化，严重损害了消费者的利益，扰乱了正常的市场秩 序，同时也侵害了我公司的合法权利。


经过调查取证发现，假冒产品在广州市南岸路44号“华南市场”内一些见利忘义商户公开销售假冒“VICTO R、威克多及图形”商标产品，其中涵盖VICTOR羽毛球、拍、鞋等各类商品，行为可谓猖獗。

南京浦口工商局、广州市荔湾区工商分局为保护消费者利益，维护市场秩序，打击假冒侵权行为，震慑售假制假者 与VICTOR在12月17日携手突击检查了广州市南岸路44号“华南市场”的羽球器材市场。查处了在位于 广州市荔湾区南岸路44号自编A一楼153号某商户、位于广州市荔湾区南岸路44号自编内C馆一楼156号 某商户、位于广州市荔湾区南岸路44号自编A一楼170号某商户、位于广州市荔湾区南岸路44号自编A一楼 103号某商户、位于广州市荔湾区南岸路44号自编B一楼149号某商户现场共查扣销售标注我公司名称、“ VICTOR及图形”商标等内容的假冒产品近百件。


现场查获的假货

两地联合执法的工商局同志不仅现场扣押了全部的假货，清点了所有假冒伪劣产品并详细记录在案，还传召了相关 的责任人员到工商局接受了相应的严肃处理。根据中华人民共和国商标法的有关规定，目前对上述涉嫌假冒侵权商 家的有关财物实施扣留的行政强制措施，并将根据规定做出相应处罚，南京胜利体育用品实业有限公司视上述状况 保留依法向人民法院提起诉讼的权利。

I find it interesting that they raid for fake victors and probably for lining... do they do the same for yonex?

Well I'm sure they might have but if there is like 10 shops with fake Victors and Linings compared to the 1 000 000 shops with fake Yonexs, that means if one is raided it's a much larger percent compared to the Yonex fakes.
